Sixteen Ounces - Victoria Park, WA

This weekend we visited the very popular Sixteen Ounces in Victoria Park.
After finding street parking, we popped into the cafe to find not much seating available. We chatted outside for a few minutes before luckily a table became vacant.
This quirky cafe had a very relaxed atmosphere and was the kinda of place you could catch up with friends chatting for hours on end, letting the world pass by outside.
The service was okay but the drinks and food arrived at the table quickly.

Classic benedict with brioche bun, house-made bacon, greens, poached eggs and house-made hollandaise sauce
 $18.00
The deliciously crispy bacon combined with the melt in your mouth brioche bun was perfect. The eggs were perfectly cooked. #Eggporn
The whole dish filled a very hungry stomach easily!

Baked potato hash with rich spicy tomato sauce, smokey chorizo, runny egg and toast.
$16.50
This meal brought the heat! Not for the faint hearted.
The spicy of the crispy chorizo with the rich tomato sauce was so good!
The egg was a bit buried under everything and the potatoes were still a little under-cooked.
But overall it was a fulfilling meal.

Cold Pressed Green Apple Juice.
$5.70
This juice was to die for! I have never tasted a apple juice that has been so close to actually eating the apple right there and then. it was crisp, icy and brilliantly refreshing especially on such a hot day.
I wish there was more in each serving. Had to order two!
