Last weekend J and i visited the Cafe that brought about the idea of breakfast blogging for me and sharing it with other friends in Perth.
Sapore Espresso Bar in Belmont, WA.
It did not disappoint!
As usual the cafe is extremely popular especially later in the morning and we were a bit apprehensive to wait but we decided that it was worth it. When we arrived there was a crowd of people eagerly waiting for a table. We put our names down on the list and patiently waited with grumbling tummies for our name to be called.
Surprisingly the turn around was rather a quick 15mins or so.
We lined up to order which took a while but we were soon relaxing sitting outside in the growing Perth heat.
J had the Spanish Baked Eggs with
tomato concassé, spinach, feta, chorizo (pork) & sourdough toast

Everything was perfectly cooked and it was one of the most satisfying breakfasts I EVER HAD!
Seriously. So delicious. The chorizo melted in my mouth. Wish i could eat it all over again right now!
I had the Corn fritters with tomato avocado salsa 17.5
topped with 2 poached eggs and a side of chorizo and potato rosti (hash brown)

The Corn Fritters were fresh and fluffy. The balsamic vinegar drizzled on top of the fritters and the eggs provided a bitter sweetness to the mouthfuls of yummy food. The hash browns were crunchy and delicious! There was so much scrumptious chorizo in the little bowl it was like a never ending Mary Poppins bag!
With both enjoyed freshly made juices.

At first we thought the staff were a bit rushed off their feet but the manager made a effort to come and welcome us, wish us a merry Christmas and a Happy new year which i thought was nice and added a personal touch.
The atmosphere at this cafe is indescribable. The staff really enjoy what they do. The cafe itself offers lots of seating (due to being so popular) and is open for a lunch menu too.
Sapore are very active on their social media pages frequently reposting their customers photos of their photogenic food. They do make a huge effort on their presentation of their food and it really shows in how popular the cafe has become.
We will be back again one day soon!
